Is it possible to leave 10 stars? Look no further for your next and last plumber! Eric Ant and Tony were all great to work with. Family run business which means they treat you like family. I had a leak from my sink and had to leave town that weekend and Eric sent Tony and Ant same day to check it out. Was told I only need a new sink head and next day they came to install it. I even got under quoted for the work. 10/5 stars. Will only be using these guys if I ever have any plumbing issues and I suggest you do the same.
Eric and his team have consistently helped us fix issues and save money. This last go round the city jostled one of our pipes when replacing a water meter and a fitting broke leaving water hemaging into the street. We were quoted up to five times more than what we ended up paying for what was a relatively straightforward fix. Yeah, I know five times sounds like I'm getting paid to write this review... I'm not. I suggest calling Eric and the Community Plumbing team to take a look at your issue before having any big brand or anyone else quote you out on work. They are straight shooters and almost even fun to talk to ;) You won't regret using Community Plumbing!
Prompt and excellent service. Explain everything every step of the way. I Live in an apartment and they explain to my landlord that glog toilet wasn't from misuse. If you live in North Park, University Heights or Normal Heights I would definitely recommend these guys.

"Anyone know a good plumber?" Yes. Definitely. Somehow, I've never had a go-to plumber or a plumber that I can trust and know that will back up their work and won't try to charge an arm and a leg. I've used places like Bill Howe in the past, which is essentially like taking your car to the dealership to be serviced (no personal touch and expensive). I'm so glad to have found Community Plumbing for the quality of their work and fair pricing, not to mention I no longer have to worry about finding a plumber moving forward. I had an issue with a shower in a guest bath shower that I had ignored for awhile, but with Parents coming into town it was time to deal with it. I contacted Eric and we set up a time for the following day for repair. They were on time and kept me in the loop as far as what was needed and what it would cost. Like I said, I have used larger companies in the past and can tell you that Community Plumbing's communication is stellar and their prices are more than fair. My wife and I cannot be happier with Eric and his team and l can highly recommend Community Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have in the future. No more research needed, you've found your plumber!
Eric and his crew repaired our 2 toilets, clogged sink, air gap and tub diverter in record time. They were friendly, professional and most importantly honest. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!
These guys are exactly what you want in a plumber. Eric and Tony are super friendly, straightforward, and very competent. I've had them over to fix every plumbing issue in my South Park home over the last 7 years and it's always a success. They're fair in their pricing and even transparent when what I'm asking for is overkill - and they offer me a lower cost alternative. The Community Plumbing team is absolutely amazing - we've used them a handful of times for our kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower, bath faucet, and bathroom sink; basically, anything water-related in our home. They've fixed it all with no fuss, no mess, superb quality, and incredibly reasonable prices. Scheduling with them is easy and they always arrive when they say they will. One of my favorite things about them is they are truly community-focused. They know people around town, they have friends and connections, and they truly care about the community they live/work in. Supporting local important and they carry the Community name well. I could gush about them for a long time, but they're really good plumbers and they might not like things that gush.
Eric and Tony are AMAZING!!!! Like. I own a small business in normal heights. And I can not recommend Eric and Tony enough! Because quite a few times they have spent the time to figure out plumbing situations for our building, and went above and beyond to help. Their pricing is amazing, in fact they have stopped by and have left without having me pay! I feel like they understand the pressure small businesses are in right now, and I feel like they genuinely want to help and care. They share alternatives so it’s not too pricey as well, which I really appreciate since we don’t have that much money to spare, but of course need the plumbing to work as a business and they do this for a living! I am so thankful for them and their time forever. I very much recommend, even if it’s a day or two wait because you’ll get your moneys worth, your time and someone who cares! They even reached out again to make sure everything is ok!!!! Not even doctors do that! So nice!
Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since. He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise.

Very fast turn around to replace a busted hot water heater. Nice people to deal with and reasonable prices. You can't ask for anything more!
So glad the Reviews were legitimate. Had bathroom sink hose burst and flood bathroom and tiled living room about 4 in the morning. Was going to diy until I attempted to remove the hose and the hose broke off the threads on the wall connection. Called community plumbing from the detailed reviews. They arrived when agreed upon and fixed more than I expected since the other wall connection and hose were both looking like they were ready to go also. 5 stars +. Will be sure to call them for any future plumbing issues. Also used higher quality hoses and connectors. So will be returning the inferior parts I bought in the morning for diy.
I wish all businesses were like this. They managed to fit in same day service, showed up on time and prepared, fixed the problem, fixed the problem that *caused* the problem, explained it all, and charged a very fair price. Outstanding and worry free. They are my "go to" plumbing company.
Eric & Tony are the best! This is our 2nd time using their services (different issue) and they were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They explained the issue so I could understand what was going on, and also told me how to avoid it in the future! Highly recommended!

Tony and Eric have been my plumbers for at least 8 years and the reason is they do great high quality work at a reasonable price. They are good people and have gone above and beyond reasonable asks in the past. When I think of a small business I want to support, these guys come to the top of my list. I just hope they are immortal vampires and never retire, I don't want to have to find a new plumber.
Eric and Tony were great. They had to knock part of a wall and ceiling out to expose the problem I had, but examined everything thoroughly. I live in a 1912 home, so it could have been a much bigger repair, but they gave me a really fair price and did a great job. I strongly recommend them.

Eric and Tony are excellent at what they do. Not only did I have a broken water heater, but it had a number of cracks and quickly leaking. They were responsive and quick to offer support, even before they were able to come out. They are communicative, efficient, possess expertise, and extremely affable. Community Plumbing is an excellent, honest company! Eric provided me with valuable insight that allowed me to utilize my product warranty, which saved me over $200. I then followed up with them to install the parts because of his honesty. They did an excellent job on the installation. Eric and Tony were quick, clean, and friendly. I'm excited I found a plumbing company I can trust!

If there were more starts I'd use them! Any 'out of town" landlords with flaky tenants? That is what Eric & his team had to deal with for me.. and they did it with an abundance of patience and professionalism. It is hard not being at the site when work has to be done - - but it went great and I will continue to use Community Plumbing for their services .. as well as their vast network of professional referrals too. Really happy I learned about this young company thru online networking. Thanks guys - great job.
I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!

Eric and Tony were fantastic. Friendly, communicated well and HONEST. There ended up being nothing wrong with my toilet and sink (Airbnb guests had complained) except for user error - trying to flush too much toilet paper and not removing the small drain in the sink. They checked, joked about it with me and made sure everything was functioning correctly prior to leaving. When I do have an actual problem, I’ll be calling them again!

Eric and Tony converted our three handle shower to a single handle. I didn't even know this could be done without tearing out the shower! Instead, they made a perfect oval cut to access the supply valves and reconfigure them for a single handle setup. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the shower looked better than ever. I don't know how we got by for over a decade with the three handle approach. If I would have known how easy this was, I would have done this years ago. They were easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations, too! They will be top of mind for future plumbing needs and I definitely recommend them!

Hello, my name is Shayne and I live in South Park, San Diego. I hired Community Plumbing to move a gas line. When Tony and Eric from Community Plumbing arrived to move the gas line we asked them if they could hook up our sink too. They were more than happy help out. Once they started they found many mistakes a handyman we hired had made, which were obvious once they showed me and explained it in detail. They managed to fix all the mistakes that were made and get our kitchen up and running!. Tony and Eric were professional, helpful and worked very well together. Community Plumbing replaced our HOA’s 2 commercial 80 gal water heaters, and installed all new toilets in my house. I highly recommend them: honest, professional and great plumbers.
